Salads are probably one of my favorite meals in the whole entire world. You can make them as fancy or as bare-bones as you want. Here's a salad that YOU need to try!
I'm a huge fan of Chick Fil-A for several reasons. Mostly because it is always "their pleasure", but also because I've never had a bad meal there. The chicken is real, unlike some other fast food joints. For this reason, I don't even consider them to be fast food. As someone who works in a customer service driven profession, I am always beyond impressed with their highly efficent, yet friendly approach to dining.
The Grilled Market Salad is my favorite salad if I'm not preparing my own salad. There is only one change that I have to make, and that is removing the bleu cheese and adding feta cheese. Obviously I don't travel with my own feta cheese, so I only do this when I'm getting the salad to-go. I always get the Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing because it is seriously the best dressing ever. I'm actually working on my own version of this that I will hopefully share with y'all soon!
The salad is topped with grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, apples, carrots, red cabbage and bleu cheese crumbles. The lettuce is a healthy blend of spinach, romaine, and baby greens. It comes with individual packets of granola and a roasted nut blend that you don't have to put on your salad but I highly recommend you do.
Now, for the nutritional information because I try to pretend this is a Health and Fitness blog sometimes:

You can easily cut 140 calories by not putting the granola and nuts on the salad, but I can't imagine why you'd do something like that. You can also get by with half of the dressing packet, which would reduce the total calories to 455. Now that's totally doable!
