 Salads are probably one of my favorite meals in the whole entire world.  You can make them as fancy or as bare-bones as you want.  Here's a salad that YOU need to try!

Today's salad is dedicated to my friend Abby @ Back At Square Zero who loves fruit in her salad.  I figured, why not just make a salad that is nothing but fruit?  And call it FRUIT SALAD?!  I might have just invented the best salad ever.  

Since most people like dressing on their salads, I also came up with a special Gluten Free Chocolate "Dressing" to dip your salad into.  This dressing could not be any easier or any more delicious.  I am also envisioning freezing this dressing to make a lovely frozen dessert to go along with the fruit salad.  

Now for the salad, prepare yourselves, this might get difficult. 

1.  Grab all of your favorite fruits.  I chose pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries.

2.  Chop them up into bite size pieces.

3.  Mix together in a gigantic bowl.

4.  Devour.

The Gluten Free Chocolate "Dressing" is also pretty difficult.

1.  Blend 1 ripe banana, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoonsful Chocolate coconut butter until smooth.  I used this chocolate coconut butter.

2.  Taste and smile.

I know.  You're probably wondering why nobody has ever thought of this salad before.  I guess I'm just a genius.  But my cute little taste testers totally approve.
