The Sunday GYST III

Have you ever read a blog that makes you feel crappy about yourself?  Well, this isn't that type of blog. I've never hid the fact that I'm unorganized or that I struggle with untimely laziness. If you have the same affliction, you've come to the right place, because Sunday's are now all about the GYST:

GET

YO

SHIT

TOGETHER

Well another week has come and gone in my quest to get my shit together.  I'm not claiming any huge victories from this past week, mostly due to us going out of town for the weekend.  I did manage to blog quite a bit though.  Luckily my mother in law kept my house in great shape while we were gone so I didn't have to come home and catch anything up.  Thank you, Char!

Cleaning

My main goal for this week is to get our veggie garden planted.  Josh has done a lot of work to expand the garden, but we still need to put soil down and then plant. I can't put it off any longer though, because this is probably the last cool week we'll have here.  This is a shorter week for me at work so I'm hoping to get more cleaning done around the house versus this past week!

Meal Plan

This week in meal planning poses some serious challenges.  In case you missed it, I blogged last week about the Spring Reset challenge I am participating in.  While my family does love clean eating, some of the meals are just not going to work for them.  This is potentially going to be rough, but I am committed to healing my gut so I need to make the time to prepare food for myself!  Unfortunately with us travelling, I didn't get to do any prep today, so this week should be interesting.  Last week was another successful meal planning week, so I have high hopes I can get it done this week!

Workouts

It was another week of me being all over the place with my workouts last week, but I'm hoping to get back on track this week.  I gave some major love to Jasyoga last week, and I'm planning on continuing that love fest this week!  While I'm healing my gut, I'm going to continue to heal my mind, body, and soul!

Monday: 3 mi + Jasyoga

Tuesday:  Hills? (priority to garden)

Wednesday: 3 mi + Jasyoga

Thursday:  1 mi speed

Friday:  5 mi

Saturday: 7 mi

Sunday:  3 mi + Jasyoga

What is your big goal for this week?

What was your biggest success from last week?
