The Sunday GYST V

Have you ever read a blog that makes you feel crappy about yourself?  Well, this isn't that type of blog. I've never hid the fact that I'm unorganized or that I struggle with untimely laziness. If you have the same affliction, you've come to the right place, because Sunday's are now all about the GYST:

I'm sorry the Sunday GYST is so late tonight, but I've had a whirlwind day! It started early when my girls woke me up excitedly for Mother's Day. Then I worked because somebody has to save lives, even on Mother's Day!  One of these days I'll learn to schedule posts. 

This past week was another busy one here at the MommiesRun house. I wasn't on top of everything, but I held it together well. I had to amend a lot of my workout plans due to a pain in my leg, but I'm glad I listened to my body. I hope you had a fabulous day if you are a Mommy...to human babies or fur babies! 

Meal Plan

I'm keeping it easy this week on the meal plan just to survive another long work week. Working on getting my shit together has definitely taught me to make it as easy on myself as possible. While I'm still doing my Reset, I have to be reasonable with my family needs as well! I'm getting so smart. 

Cleaning

This past week I was going strong in the laundry room, but this week I need to focus on putting it away. I basically haven't put any of it away. Oops. I'm hoping to have time to dust and clean bathrooms this week but putting the clothes away is priority number one! 

Workouts

I do have workouts planned for this week but I'm mostly going to be going off of feel for the week. My leg is still bugging me a bit and since I'm not in training for anything right now, I'll be keeping it easy. If I need to keep it to one mile a day, I'll do it, but include more strength work.
