Have you ever read a blog that makes you feel crappy about yourself? Well, this isn't that type of blog. I've never hid the fact that I'm unorganized or that I struggle with untimely laziness. If you have the same affliction, you've come to the right place, because Sunday's are now all about the GYST:
Ugh what a week. I honestly don't think I even looked at my to-do list, that's how NOT on top of things I was! I goofed on getting grocery shopping done, so I didn't even stick to our meal plan for the whole week. The good news is it's a new week and a new chance for getting my shit together! I hope that if you had a less than stellar week you realize tomorrow is a new day. And that somebody out there is even less organized than you! (You're welcome)
The picture makes it look like I have a busy week ahead, but it's really just that I took more care in writing down things I need to do this week! My blogging has been suffering so I want to devote more time to that this week. I'm so excited for the girls to be done with school this week, even though it will limit my time for getting shit done. I miss my little buddies!
Hmmm...I've had roast on my menu plan for a few weeks now. I'm hoping to actually make it this week! This is a week with 2 late work nights which always make menu planning difficult. Luckily roast makes great leftovers or else sandwiches to the rescue! We haven't had breakfast for dinner in a while so I'm hoping that will be enjoyed by the family!
This past week my running was kind of at a minimum still just to let my leg rest. I did celebrate the big streak day 500, which was super exciting! I'm hoping to rev up the mileage this week and possibly race a 5k on Saturday. I'll still be doing my Jasyoga of course, because I don't know if I can live with out it now! I love how centered it makes me feel after the girls have gone to bed.
