The Sunday GYST VIII

Have you ever read a blog that makes you feel crappy about yourself?  Well, this isn't that type of blog. I've never hid the fact that I'm unorganized or that I struggle with untimely laziness. If you have the same affliction, you've come to the right place, because Sunday's are now all about the GYST:

Hi there! I hope you have had a restorative weekend and that you are ready to tackle the week ahead! It's gotten hot here and all I can think about is hanging out on our deck, watching my girls play, and drinking some beers. Alas, I have to be a grown up and do some other stuff too, so let's get talking about that.

So my dishes are kind of piled up in my sink right now, but I fully intend to take care of those before I go to sleep tonight.  Otherwise, things are pretty normal around here for this week.  I still have a lot of Live CE to do before renewing my pharmacist license at the end of the month.  One of my big to-dos that I need to get done is working in my veggie garden. Things are really blooming, but I need to do some clean up to keep my plants happy.

Meal Plan:

Do you notice anything about this week's meal plan? If you thought to yourself, "That damn roast is off the plan" then you guessed it...I finally made it this week! {Funny story, I started the crock pot before I left for work, and when the girls woke up they smelled it cooking, and asked Josh what it was. Josh told them it was dinner, and Lexi said, "Mommy is amazing.".} We're having some old stand-bys this week and I'm determine to use some turkey kielbasa that I've had in the fridge for a while.  The girls and I are also planning on eating with Jana this week to keep her company while her little one is with her dad this week!

Today I ran a race that reminded me that I need to pick up the mileage a bit.  I've been trying to run easy lately to keep some aches from turning into something more, but I think I've gotten a little too comfortable with that. It's also time to embrace the early runner that I KNOW I can be, because it has gotten HOT! I slacked on my Jasyoga this week, but I'm hoping that if I can run in the morning, I can do Jasyoga at night.  Here's hoping I can pull my shit together for this.  If only Tara lived nearby, her early waking self could get me up!
