Have you ever read a blog that makes you feel crappy about yourself?  Well, this isn't that type of blog. I've never hid the fact that I'm unorganized or that I struggle with untimely laziness. If you have the same affliction, you've come to the right place, because Sunday's are now all about the GYST:

Hi there, friends! I hope you all have had a pleasant and productive weekend. This was my weekend to work but I still got some laundry and dishes done. I still feel incredibly behind on life so I'm bringing The Sunday GYST back...just in time for Lexi and Lyla to start back at school. Wish us luck!

To-Do

Like my new planner? I discussed it on Periscope when I got it, but it is so pretty!  (I'm Cecilia @ MommiesRun on Periscope if you want to follow!). Anyway, it's so pretty and it makes me want to use it more. So I'm filling out the daily portion with my to-do lists and I find it makes me more productive!  Of course  I have a busy week this week which is augmented by the fact that the girls start school tomorrow. I might be more nervous than they are! The good thing about school though: Mommy has more time to get shit done. I'm determined to be productive on my days off while they are at school. 

Meal Plan

Cool thing about this planner: It has 2 sets of monthly calendar pages. So I'm using one set for menu planning! I know what you're thinking. I really do have my shit together. Anyway, I'm working late a lot this week so I'm going to be relying on my friend, the crock pot to feed us. I'm also hoping to get back on My Fitness Pal after a couple week hiatus. Friends, menu planning is the way to go if you're trying to watch your calories! I've been slacking so much! 

Workouts

I've incorporated my planned workouts into my daily to-do list to keep me honest. Otherwise, it's too easy to just say, "I'm gonna run 3 easy miles and call it good." My running has truly suffered lately and it's because I haven't taken it seriously. Well, it's time to build my base back up before half marathon training starts in September, so I'm using a Strava 10k training plan. Also, I don't have it scheduled but I do Jasyoga on most nights as a sort of cool down for my mind and body. I just can't recommend this enough!
