Hi Friends!  I hope y'all had a great weekend!  Mine was awesome, thanks for asking.  I think I'll save that for another post because I know you all really came here to be motivated and to MOVE IT!

I've got 2 motivational internet goodies for y'all today.  The first is not safe for children, so move the kiddies away from the puter.  I happen to have a dirty mouth so this one was right up my alley:


I love it, I can't stop laughing at it.  I hope I didn't offend anyone with the language.  Here's a more serious one that I really felt inspired by:


As I'm nearing the end of training for my first half, I'm reminded of how terrified I was when I hit "register" while signing up.  But now I feel confident.  I know it's going to be hard, but I'm so glad I'm doing it.  Running is my "thing".  I'm not complete without it.

Now let's MOVE IT!!  This week I'm focusing on my core because like I said, my training is almost over.  I want to give my legs a little break today.
