Happy Monday! Hopefully you all survived your day, and the rest of the week will fly by...because IT'S RACE WEEK!!!!
I'm sure I will probably be the most annoying person on the planet this week. If I annoy you, get over it! I'm just too excited to let any negativity get me down! If this excitement doesn't motivate you enough, here's a little internet tid bit to motivate you:
I know there are a few typos in this but just ignore them and appreciate the message. I saw somewhere (I apologize for not remembering where), how a runner dedicated each mile of their race to someone or something and put it on a wrist band to keep them motivated. I love this idea and have been putting together a mental list of people to dedicate my 13.1 miles to. I'll let y'all know my final list soon!
Now for #MoveItMonday. I'm doing an upper body workout today because my legs are still a little sore from 12 miles yesterday. I found this little beauty on Pinterest and I can't wait to give it a whirl! I hope you try it too! Let me know what you think.
