HBBC 2012 Week 4

HBBC2012-Option2

I'm just going to go ahead and say it, I had a horrible week 4.  I don't know what my problem was.  It wasn't a lack of motivation, because I was really excited to start the first week of training for my next half.  I did work a 12 hour overtime shift on Tuesday so that kind of sucked some energy from me.  But I'm having a major problem with waking up early to run.  

Please feel free to comment and leave me any ideas on how to wake up early!  And don't say go to bed early, because it just isn't happening!
