HBBC Week 6


Another week down y'all!  This week was a much better week for me as far as working out and running.  I'll be doing separate posts to recap my 5k that I ran on Saturday as well as my 7 mile long run today.  Until then, here's a look at my week, HBBC style, not to be confused with Gangnam Style.
