It's that special time of the week where we get motivated and we move it!  This week I'm on vacation and I'll be taking some time to think about my 2013 goals.  Have you started thinking about your goals?

 
Think Big people!  You can do anything you set your mind to!  Just remember, all good goals require work so prepare yourself!

This week's #MoveItMonday comes from a cool site called Purelytwins.com.  Clearly I'm a little biased by the fact that twins run the site :)

This Plank workout might be 12 minutes, but it is no joke!  I'm sure you'll have some core soreness the next day after trying this!
