#MotivationalMonday & #MoveItMonday

I hope you all made it through your Monday!  It was my day back to work after a week of vacation.  The pharmacy was crazy busy but I survived!  I'm pretty sure my job itself is a workout :)

This is so true.  It goes for eating, exercising, praying, motivating, etc.  But not only can you improve all your tomorrows, you can improved the tomorrows of OTHER people!  Smile at a stranger.  Pay for the person's coffee in line behind you.  Compliment a friend.  Little things can improve your SOUL.  And I truly believe a happy soul is key to a healthy life.

I haven't done my #MoveItMonday workout yet but this one looks like a killer.  I have a feeling my legs will be sore as I start my next half training tomorrow!
