For all of you that celebrate, Merry Christmas!  I hope that you all get everything you desire and that you remember to give back!  No matter what holiday you celebrate, the gift of giving is the best gift of all.

I took a break last Monday in honor of the victims of Sandy Hook.  This horrific tragedy shook me to the core.  It made me squeeze my girls tighter and tell them I love them even more than before.  Please remember these families during the holiday season, for I can only imagine the pain they are suffering.

It's so easy to make excuses for missed workouts.  I do it all the time.  Maybe it's raining or I'm tired or my girls need me or I have a hangnail.  Whatever.  We need to overcome our excuses and be stronger than that.  How amazing is the lady in this picture?  That is strong right there.

Holiday Travel Workout

This is a great workout from Jess @ blondeponytail.com.  Burpees are such a great all around workout and this many of them is sure to make you sore the next day.  I love it.  Jess has a great video  here, showing you how to do a burpee.  So put down that sausage ball and MOVE IT!!!
