What I Ate Wednesday #1

Today I am linking up with Peas and Crayons in my inaugural
What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW)! I'm really excited to participate because it really keeps me mindful of what I put in my mouth (that's what she said).

I always start my day off with coffee, Dunkin Donuts original. Lately I've been enjoying Chobani with a handful of Special K Protein Plus for breakfast. All that protein fills me up! For a snack I had an avocado, carrots, celery, hummus, and tuna. That's kind of a big snack but it kept me full until my late lunch. I ended up treating the pharmacy to some Starbucks and I had a Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte.

As usual, I drank a TON of water throughout the day. My late lunch was a veggie burger topped with salsa. I didn't love the veggie burger but it helped me make it until dinner! I made this yummy turkey sausage, red and green pepper, onion, and potato thing. It was really tasty and a quick dinner for a late night. I had a Newcastle to drink with my dinner because sometimes you just need a beer.

Yum dessert. Nuf said. I could have definitely eaten the whole thing but I stuck to one square.
