Yesterday you said tomorrow Great Thoughts & Quotes Volume I

It's so easy to push your goals aside and leave them for another day.  I'm here to tell you that you don't need to wait for Monday or the first of the month.  Just start now.  Whatever it is you are striving toward, just start now.  I can use my own advice here.  

I hit the snooze button MULTIPLE times this morning.  

I missed a run because of it.  And I'm not happy about it.  

I will wake up early tomorrow and run.  No excuses.  

Because of my snooze button pressing this morning, I plan on doing this treadmill workout courtesy of Andrea.  I'm pretty sure that I did not mention it, but Josh and I were blessed with a treadmill for Chrismukkah.  I've been putting it to pretty good use for 3-4 mile runs but I've yet to try a good interval workout.  I'll be moving it tonight!
