This speaks to me.  I had a really hard run yesterday.  It was 8 miles and it just hurt.  I admit I pushed it hard and went faster than my training program's recommended pace, but it just seemed like a really hard run.  But I pushed through it.  I knew that if I walked or even stopped, I would be so mad at myself.  And before I knew it, I was done, and lived to tell the tale to all of you readers.  My point is, don't give up.  Running is 90% mental, so talk yourself up, even if that means you're talking out loud to yourself :)

8-minute_Plank_Workout_

For #MoveItMonday, I'm keeping to my core due to a sore knee from yesterday's rough run.  I know I've talked them up before, but plank workouts are so amazing.  I even read somewhere recently that planks are a better exercise than crunches for ab work.  Planks put less stress on your back and work a wider range of your core.  Please try this workout and let me know what you think!  And feel free to stop by Carrots 'N' Cake to let her know how much you liked her workout!
