What I Ate Wednesday #5

Peas and Crayons
It's Wednesday so that means I'm linking up with Peas and Crayons to show y'all what I ate today!  Today, was in my opinion, a very good eating day!  I started my day with a 4 mile plus speed interval run.  I didn't want anything too filling before the run so I settled on a Premier Protein Chocolate Shake and a banana.  

Side note:  I highly recommend Premier Protein!  The shake is amazing!

After my run I had my coffee and Irish Oats with a drizzle of agave syrup and a tablespoonful of PB2.  This oatmeal really hit the spot and filled me up!  If you haven't tried PB2 yet, you should!  It's so delicious and versatile.

I had to leave for work so I decided to pack a salad to bring with me.  It consisted of kale, spinach, carrots, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, and a little Greek vinegarette.  And I know y'all were worried but I had my daily Chobani!  Peach is my current favorite :)

At 5:00 pm at work I declared it snack time and had some blueberries and my current obsession, Silk dark chocolate almond milk.  O.M.G.  So delicious.  Go out and get you some.  I had another little snack when I got home from work, while I was cooking dinner.  Just some carrots and hummus.  

Tonight's dinner was a repeat of something I made a few weeks ago.  Turkey sausage, peppers, onions, and potatoes equal YUMMY!  I really like this meal and how easy it is to pull together.  Plus it fills me up and I had no room left for even a square of dark chocolate ;)
