What's For Dinner? #2


The return to menu planning worked great last week, so it looks like this will become a regular feature on MommiesRun.  I did find that planning for Friday is not necessary because we either go out or eat leftovers.  Make sure and visit the lovely hostesses, Jill and Laura.  They always have amazingly delicious and healthy food planned for the week!

I just got back from Kroger not too long ago and took my favorite shopping companions with me:






They definitely make my shopping trip about 32 minutes longer than it needs to be, but they also make it infinitely more entertaining than it would have been.

So here's what we'll be eating this week!

Monday:  Oven baked chicken fajitas (supposed to make last Friday but we ate out)

Tuesday:  Chicken pot pie casserole (this is my own recipe that I might consider sharing if you are interested!


Thursday:  Pepperoncini Beef Sandwiches (crock pot)

Friday:  Leftovers or eat out!
