I'm in an awkward position. I have a semi-injured foot yet I will not NOT run my half on Saturday. So what do I do? I can have an emotional breakdown like I did this weekend, or I can rest my foot and do other types of cardio until the race. I will run my race. It might not end up being the race I had hoped for, but I will run it. I will NOT throw in the towel!
This is such an awesome workout! I'm probably going to amend this a little and take out some of the jumping to preserve my foot. Let me know if you try it and what you think!
