I think it's important to remember that none of us are perfect.  You might have perfect abs, and your sister might have perfect legs.  Your mom might have perfect hair, and your dad might have perfect arms.  But chances are they don't see it the same way.  Health and fitness are a way of life and none of us are perfect at it.  If you have a bad nutrition day, let it go.  There is bound to be something else you did perfect that day.

I found this gem of a workout on Nicole @ Apples and Arteries blog not too long ago.  Of course, I'm not back to running (except that accidental mile I ran on the treadmill Friday night), but I think this circuit would be a great workout!  I fully intend to try this out as soon as I'm cleared to run (please be tomorrow please be tomorrow).

Spring-Challenge

Overall, I had a much better week this week with SBBC.  I got a lot of workouts in and still did great with my water and freggie intake!

Monday:  water, freggies, 40 minute elliptical plus 20 minutes push ups and plank = 8

Tuesday:  water, freggies, 2 hours walk in zoo = 14

Wednesday:  water, freggies, 30 minutes plank and pushups and stretch = 5

Thursday:  water, freggies = 2

Friday:  water, freggies, 1 mile run, pushups, plank, stretch for 30 minutes = 6

Saturday:  water, freggies, 30 minute core class, 1 hour yardwork = 11

Sunday:  water, freggies = 2

TOTAL:  48
