I kind of feel like this says it all.  I got some news about my foot today that I wasn't hoping for.  But, I will continue to choose to eat well and live like I will be running soon.  I will seize this opportunity to try new forms of exercise.  I will not waste today in hopes of a better tomorrow.  

Life doesn't always deal us the best hands, but I will win with the hand I was dealt.

I know I've been posting a lot of plank workouts lately, but I don't have a lot of leg workouts I can do right now.  I really like this workout because it also works your arms as well as your abs!  I went to a core class on Saturday and due to diastasis in my abs I'm not supposed to do crunches.  So planking it is!!!
