What I Ate Wednesday #12

Peas and Crayons
Did y'all miss me last week?  I had to skip out on y'all because I basically didn't eat anything.  We had a super busy day at work and I was lucky to slurp down an iced coffee.

I started my day out with a little homemade Larabar action.  These babies are so easy to make and oh-so-delicious.  Here's the line up of ingredients:

I also had my new favorite coffee concoction:  Coffee with Dark Chocolate Almond Silk.  So amazing.  

For a mid-morning snack I had a little Cho.  The peach flavor always makes me so happy.  I don't know if it's just the taste of summer or what, but I find myself smiling as I'm eating it.  #psycho

Now this is the lunch of champions.  A plain sweet potato, avocado, Pacific Rose apple, and Sunbutter.  So simple yet so filling.  This is the second day this week that I've eaten this lunch.  My love for avocados is well documented, but only this week have I discovered how amazing they are with sweet potatoes.  It might be the buttery taste of the avocado, I'm not really sure, but a little spoonful of each is divine.

Oh Passover Pickles, thank you for being pickled.  There is something so tasty about your seasoning.  I'm so sad that I had to share you with Lexi and Lyla.  

Yes, that is bread.  Yes, it is still Passover.  Sorry Mommy and Daddy, but I just didn't make it very far this year.  But the good news is that this veggie sub from Subway was delicious!  I get all the veggies except onions and jalapenos and it is always so good.  Plus it's the last edition of WIAW Goes Green!  Basically I HAD to eat this sub.  


That's it foodies.  I loved all my fruits and veggies today and I hope each of you got your fill in as well.  I've really been tossing around the idea of becoming a vegetarian lately.
