Have You Ever Considered A Vegetarian Lifestyle?

Vegetarian Challenge
I'm sure y'all have noticed for a while now that I love fruits and vegetables.  My WIAW posts are decorated with pictures of huge salads that I love to create and admire.  I eat an apple almost every day to keep the doctor away.  I love beans and rice like I was a Survivor cast member.  

I even like Tofu.  


So I've often considered taking the vegetarian plunge, but I always get nervous.  What if I miss chicken too much?  How will I cook for myself and my family?  Will it be difficult?

I can't wait to see if I can do it.  Check back with me throughout next week to see how I'm doing.  Or if I'm still alive.  My family might kill me for this challenge.
