What I Wanted To Do Versus What I Did.

That title kind of sounds like a court case.  If you're wondering who won, I'll spoil it for you....What I Did lost.

Sunday:  Nada
Monday:  3 miles
Tuesday:  4 miles
Wednesday:  1 mile
Thursday:  1 miles
Friday:  3 miles
Saturday:  1 mile
Sunday:  3 miles

Clearly, I missed the mark on what I had planned for the week. I wish I could tell y'all that I was disappointed but I'm not. I ran 16 miles during one of the hardest work weeks of my life (I worked 6 out of 7 days). I kept up my streak on days where all I wanted to do was sit on the couch.

I didn't do any strength training or cross training. I'm having such a hard time incorporating these 2 super important facets into my workouts! I know how necessary they are but I'm just not doing it. This will definitely be a goal for the week.

So what do I have planned for this week? More running, duh.

Monday: 3 mile run (DONE)
Tuesday: 4 mile run
Wednesday: 4x hill repeats
Thursday: 1 mile run for speed on treadmill
Friday: 3 miles run
Saturday: 35 minute fartlek
Sunday: 5K plus 4 miles (7 mile long run)

I need y'all to keep me on it this week!  I can do this!
