Weekly workout wrap up

I surprisingly ended up with 19.3 miles this week. They weren't the best runs but I got them done. I also got to run with some new friends and some old friends!

I got T25 but I haven't gotten to start it yet. I've heard it is hard. I'm kind of looking forward to the challenge. Let's face it, I'm pretty horrible at doing anything besides running. I am pretty much a Best Body Bootcamp drop out. I really need to get it together before marathon training starts!

Here's what I did this week:

Monday: 3 easy miles plus some 200 meter strides

Tuesday: nada

Wednesday: 5.14 miles with some new friends!
I woke up at 4:45 am to meet some really sweet moms. This was super early for me and I'm not sure how much I'll be able to keep that up. I need my sleep!

Thursday: nope

Friday: nothing

Saturday: Virtual 5k with my local Moms Run This Town group. I got to run with my friend Nikki. I don't get to run with her much and I love hanging out with her and all the other moms!




 

Sunday: 2nd RRS 5k (30:04 official). Race recap eventually.
5 more miles at a slow easy pace. I ran a new route and I really enjoyed it. It was so peaceful and there were quite a few rolling hills to challenge me.
