5...miles I ran on the treadmill today. I did a 1.5 mile warm up plus 4 x 400 with 400 recovery between plus 1.5 mile cool down. I'm really loving the treadmill for my speed work!

14...minutes of stretching I did after my run. I've been awful about stretching lately and my hips are reminding me of that. I'm still not foam rolling. I really don't know what to say about that. I hung out with the Tanners while I stretched.

1.5...bowls of slow cooked roast with carrots and potatoes I ate. It was delicious and perfect for this dreary day we had today!

1...cake I have cooking. I couldn't control myself when I saw this mix. The only disappointment is that I won't be covering it in caramel icing. I opted for a cream cheese icing so we'll see how that combo tastes.

3...times that I ran the dishwasher today. That might be a world record for me. I really need to get on a better schedule with these dishes. It's my most hated chore.

27...how many text messages I had when I finally looked at my phone today. While I'm writing this post on my phone right now, I'm trying to disconnect a little better on my days off. It's not easy, but I'm taking baby steps.
